Welcome

Whitby Company of Archers is a small, friendly target archery club based in the picturesque fishing town of Whitby, North Yorkshire. We welcomes archers of all abilities from all sections of society.

We have an active membership, shooting a range of different bow styles, including recurve (both barebow and freestyle/olympic), compound, longbow and flatbow.

Our outdoor range allows for targets at a variety of distances from 10m up to 50m, with a second range area dedicated for beginners courses.

The Club

The Club is registered with Archery GB, as well as supporting the British Longbow society (BLBS) and the National Field Archery Society (NFAS).

During the spring and summer months (usually from April to September), we shoot outdoors. The rest of the year, the Club move indoors to enable members to shoot all year round.
